The game starts with a cutscene of the main character waking up in a research facility.
She doesn't remember what happened or how she got here. Through a series of flashbacks ( by finding clues )
you can help her remember certain parts of what has happened.

After the cutscene, you are in the game. You control the camera ( a first person view ) with the joy sticks.
Left stick to move, right stick to look around. 

Go up to the bed opposite the bed with blood on the sheets, and interact with it.
You interact with objects and items, by walking up to them and looking at them using the two joysticks. When you can interact
with something, a button with a question mark appears, and you can press it to interact.

After interacting with the bed, you will have a short flashback of who Doctor Talbert is.

There are some drawers with a vase on it, next to the bed. Interact with it. Search the drawers and then search the vase.
You find a screwdriver in the vase.

There is a toilet on the other side of the room, if you interact with it, you can see there is something in there, but the
toilet is full of poo, so you need to find something to put on your hands first.

Go over to the TV and stand, and you can see that on the shelf below, there are some work gloves. Get them.
Then go back over to the toilet, and since you have the screwdriver, you use the gloves to hook out a long pair of scissors.

If you interact with the shelf with the bottles on, you get a message, but nothing useful.

Interact with the bed with the blood on it, and you get a flashback of what happened to that person that was in that bed.

Now go over to the sink ( near the toilet ) and interact. You can now use the lonk scissors, to be able to reach the door key
that is wedged in the plu hole.

Get the key, and head over to the door to unlock it and escape.

After unlocking the door, and heading out into the main hallway, you get a final set of cool flashbacks, and then a 
"To be continued..." screen.
